Most of the homes that increase in value are already very nice homes in good shape. Our flipping model is any two-story home with a high ceiling. We design and add the new structural floor system in a relatively short period of time. We might be adding 200, 300, even 600 square feet depending on how much high ceiling space is in the home. Adding that much square footage adds a tremendous amount of value to the home.
